The next in our Rioja dining out series, we welcome Edrington Beam Suntory who will be pouring six of their showcase Brugal Rums, each paired with speciality Iberian pig dishes.

From incredible house-smoked Spanish charcuterie, 32-hour slow-cooked tender suckling pig to the twice-distilled velvety 1888 rum, rich flavours come to the fore in the one-of-a- kind rum dinner.

The snowmageddon might have beaten us last week, but we're stepping into spring with the announcement of our Spain Uncorked evening on Thursday, 15th March. Celebrating the most innovative and exciting wines from our favorite regions of Spain and Luis's fabulous dishes, join us next Thursday in Rioja for this not to be missed event.

We're expecting this event to sell out really quickly as we're already half full. If you would like to join us, please don't delay in booking your table.

Here's what to expect

Hosted by a master sommelier, David Prow, six incredible wines will be poured and perfectly paired with delicious Iberian dishes crafted by our head chef, Luis.

From the mountains to the Mediterranean, we'll be showcasing the most interesting selection of Spanish wines that will leave your senses wanting more.

Starting at 7:30 pm, you'll be treated to six incredible wines that will be poured and perfectly paired with delicious Iberian dishes crafted by our head chef, Luis.

After you arrive in Rioja and get comfortable, the most refreshing artisan cava will be popped and poured and served with amuse bouche. David will then be on hand to share his passion and knowledge on wines, and you'll enjoy a seafood platter and two fantastic white wines.

Macho reds then take the stage, paired with a delicious meat platter, followed by our favourite dessert and premium sherry. Fantastico!

There is nothing more romantic than sharing your favourite tapas with that special someone in your life. 💃 Join us in Rioja this Valentine's Day for a set sharing menu and we'll treat your table to a glass of sparkling cava 🍾 each.

Whether you're looking to treat something special mid-week or impress at the weekend we're running our menu all week for you to indulge.

Starting with bread and our infamous Spanish olives, we'll pour you a glass of sparkling artisan Iberian bubbles to set the mood.

You'll then enjoy two amuse bouche - a Spanish croquette with Sherry reduction and an exceptional marinated Scottish salmon roulade with cheese and olives.

The main event will see you each choose three mouthwatering tapas. Enjoy monkfish and langoustines carpaccio with a beetroot gazpacho gel, aloe vera or how about pork trotters, black pudding, langoustines Armagnac sauce? These are just some of the imaginative dishes you'll find on the Valentines menu.

Finish off the night with dessert. Homemade Spanish cheesecake is a delicious customer favourite, or for the chocolate lovers our rich chocolate brownie topped with walnuts, fresh berries won't disappoint 💋
